6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We offer free shipping on subscription orders. One-time purchases may be subject to shipping charges as specified at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Returns: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, email care@trydeptof.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
